  5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.

    Unless otherwise stated, Taubase Limited and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on taubase.com and its subdomains and aliases. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from taubase.com or an authorised Taubase application for your own personal use, or the use as an authorised user for an organisation, subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

  7. Trademark and Branding

    No use of Taubase Limited's logos, trademarks, or any other brand features shall be allowed for linking or any other purposes unless a specific trademark license agreement is obtained. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of Taubase Limited's logos or trademarks as part of external links, marketing materials, or any other public use without direct permission under a formal licensing agreement.

  8. Amendments to Terms

  9. Termination

  10. Dispute Resolution
    1. Informal Negotiations

      To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy or claim related to these Terms ("Dispute"), you and Taubase Limited agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

    2. Binding Arbitration

      If you and Taubase Limited are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, either you or Taubase Limited may elect to have the Dispute (with the exception of those Disputes expressly excluded below) finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.

    3. Exceptions

      Any Disputes relating to intellectual property rights, or any claim related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy or unauthorised use, shall not be subject to arbitration and may, as an exception to this sub-section, be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

    4. Governing Law

      This arbitration agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
